Silver Squad
Live a Longer, Stronger, Healthier Life
Do you wish you had the strength and endurance to do those fun Colorado activities you used to do? Or have the energy to keep up with your grandkids? Are you worried about having to dial it back some day?
Our Silver Squad class is for our 55+ members and athletes.
It is held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:00 - 12:00pm and is tailored to meet the goals and needs that fit this age demographic.
NoCoast Fitness is focused on longevity and that holds even more true in this specific class. It is proven that cardiovascular health and strength are vital to living healthy into our older years.
As long as we keep our bodies moving, we can hold off needing assistance as we age. Our goal is to Live a Longer, Stronger, Healthier Life! We want to meet you where you are at and guide you toward reaching your health and fitness goals.
This class will incorporate strength, conditioning, and mobility.
We will emphasize functional movements to ensure all of our muscles, joints, and neurological systems are operating to the best of their abilities as we age. And as always, we will scale each workout to meet you where you're at.
